Australia

Australian orders are packaged and dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney, New South Wales. All orders are shipped via Australia Post, with tracking information available. We aim to dispatch the majority of our orders by the next business day after we receive them.

New Zealand

New Zealand orders are packaged and dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney, New South Wales. All orders are shipped via Australia Posts international express service, The order is then delivered locally by NZ Post. We aim to dispatch the majority of our orders by the next business day after we receive them.

Please note: If your order is over $1000 NZD (incl. shipping costs), it is likely that New Zealand customs will charge you some form of import duties / taxes when your order arrives in New Zealand. These charges are outside of our control, and the payment of any import duties / taxes are the responsibility of the customer and Obvious Tool Co. will not be held responsible for these.

USA

USA orders are packaged and dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney, New South Wales. All orders are shipped via Australia Posts international express service. The order is then delivered locally by USPS. We aim to dispatch the majority of our orders by the next business day after we we receive them. 

Please note: If your order is over $800USD (incl. shipping costs), it is likely that USA customs will charge you some form of import duties / taxes when your order arrives in the USA. These charges are outside of our control, and the payment of any import duties / taxes are the responsibility of the customer and Obvious Tool Co. will not be held responsible for these.

UK

UK orders are packaged and dispatched from our warehouse in Gloucester, England. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail or Parcelforce, with tracking information available. We aim to dispatch the majority of our orders by the next business day after we receive them.

Customs Charges (Taxes & Duty Fees)

International customers may be charged taxes/duties by their local customs office. These charges are outside of our control, are dependent on a range of factors and vary from country to country - to find out more, we recommend contacting the relevant customs authority for your location. These payments are the responsibility of the customer and Obvious Tool Co. will not be held responsible for these.

If you choose not to pay taxes and duties that may be required by your country upon import and your package is returned to us, you will be eligible to receive a refund for the value of your product, minus any shipping fees and additional charges we may have incurred.
